Northwest Orbital Specialists Medical Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center

With the goal of significantly increasing their clinic’s capacity, and to own and operate their own State of WA DOH-licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Northwest Eyelid and Orbital Specialists selected a challenging site in southeast Spokane. The site’s location in proximity to the lower south hill medical district of Spokane, coupled with remarkable views of the City, won out over the challenges of developing the solid basalt bedrock knoll. The end result is a stand-out structure with a dramatic vista, near major medical entities and in close proximity to the developing Perry Neighborhood.
