Our firm has had a presence in Spokane for nearly sixty years. Following the Korean War in 1952, Warren C. Heylman, FAIA, returned to Spokane, his hometown, to establish his architectural practice and raise his family. Over the past twenty-five years, Warren has remained a presence in the firm that is now run by his daughter, Ann H. Martin, AIA.
Our office is located in the heart of downtown Spokane. We are a small firm that is quickly responsive to clients’ requests. We take pride in the many structures dotting the landscape of Spokane and across the Inland Northwest in which our firm has played a role.
