Working with the City’s desire to reduce urban sprawl by looking at infill housing opportunities, this project looks at the potential of the 1.87 acres on a major arterial. Looking at the highest and best use, HMA assisted in getting a Comprehensive Plan Amendment passed allowing for a higher density project.
